Nevada is innovating again. Mike Lynch, Deputy Commissioner, announced at CICA's annual conference that Nevada is the 1st domicile in the world to roll out a 24-hour captive application approval procedure. New pure captive application fees are also reduced to $1,050 total fees for qualifying applications. These lower initial application fees coupled with Nevada's series LLC, cell captive programs, and its creative and business friendly regulatory staff, will further establish Nevada as a leading US domicile.
